Jaime Urías named one of his farms after his father, Nicolás. After facing challenges from a leaf rust outbreak, he focused on improving his coffee production and studied agronomy to gain more knowledge. Today, he works as a technical coordinator at CAFESMO and continues managing his farm with support from his mother, sister, and brother-in-law. His 3-hectare farm, located at 1250–1280 meters, produces quality coffee varieties that are now available as roasted coffee.
