Delivery

How do I change my delivery address? 

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact customer service at: info@caferadk.store

How long does shipping and delivery take?

When you buy within a given campaign at CAFERA and after the campaign has been successfully closed, you can generally expect your coffee to be delivered within 14 days. However, the delivery times may be influenced by other external conditions that we cannot control. We reserve the right to unforeseen delays.

I am not at home at the estimated delivery time?

You will receive a notification by email/SMS from the carrier handling your shipment. Here you have the option to change the delivery time and place and provide further information about any delivery options.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When a campaign is successfully closed you can follow the order status of a given campaign through our website, under "Tracking" at our main page. Upon arrival of the coffee to our facilities, you will get detail shipping information (to the email address provided on the order) from the local carrier (e.g., a tracking link number).

How do purchase campaigns start?

Together with the coffee roasting growers (our suppliers) we decide to open new purchase campaigns. The campaigns that are open are those with prices and you can see them all right here CAFERA. If you are interested in a specific coffee grower, you are welcome to write to info@caferadk.store to find out when a coffee grower has a campaign again.

I have a new email address and would like to have my order history moved to my new email address.

You write an email to our customer service info@caferadk.store where you provide your old email address and your new email address.We will then make sure to move things around.

Payment

 Is it safe to shop at CAFERA? 

Absolutely, CAFERA uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card informationwith SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be tracked, hacked or read.

When will the money be deducted from my account?

Once the coffee has arrived to our facilities in Denmark and sent to delivery to you by the local carrier, the payment will be deducted from your account. 

What payment options are available at CAFERA?

CAFERA accepts payment with MobilePay, the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, as well as ApplePay and GooglePay.
